Hi i have been trying to have LCPDFR to work for about a week now and it still isn't working. I have installed everything and it says it has installed correctly. When I get on to the game on the top left corner there are white words that says "Load Successful." When i press Alt+P nothing happens. Do I need to install a different version of Visual C++ Redistributable 3 or any updates?

yes I bought it on steam

Are you running the game as administrator? You do this by going to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator'. Do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

yes it worked for my old computer but since im using a different computer it isnt working

• Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues
• Ensure that FirstResponse.net.dll is in the SCRIPTS folder and that AdvancedHook.dll is in the GTA IV ROOT folder.
• Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder
• Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the SCRIPTS folder.
• Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the automatic installation.
• Install these: http://www.microsoft...9f-b21f31ab88b7, http://www.microsoft...&displaylang=en
• Run a diagnostic report (found here:  title="">http://www.lcpdfr.co...agnostics-tool/) which will point any errors.

ok i ran the diagnostics and it says that my ram is not supported

Your computer is way below minimum. What kind of graphics card are you using? 

I am using a laptop right now so its built in graphics

Then it will not work, sorry. GTA IV is a very demanding game.

It's no problem. It's always a bummer when your pc can't run the game. 

Make sure that your Operating System is compatible. If you have Windows 8, type in google, how to make gta iv compatible for windows 8. If you do I think you need windows vista service pack 3. It's not that hard, you'll get it to work.
